Damaged Items:
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will assess the damage and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or repair at our discretion.
Order Mistakes:
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no additional cost.
Custom and Commissioned Work:
Due to the personalized nature of custom and commissioned artwork, these sales are final and non-returnable.
